Saarisuon tila – event venue in the Finnish countryside

Saarisuon tila is a countryside event venue in Finland, located in Loimaa between Turku and Tampere. We offer a peaceful and beautiful setting for weddings, celebrations, meetings and other gatherings in the middle of nature.

Event spaces in the Finnish countryside

Our venue is located in a renovated old barn, surrounded by fields and forest. Downstairs, you will find a warm and cozy event hall that is used all year round. Upstairs, there is a rustic loft space with a unique atmosphere, available during the warmer seasons.

The venue is especially suitable for weddings, family celebrations and company events. Over the years, Saarisuon tila has hosted a variety of occasions, each shaped to match the wishes and atmosphere of the group.

All events at Saarisuon tila include our catering service, and the spaces are not rented separately.

Catering

We prepare traditional Finnish food in our own kitchen, always from scratch using carefully selected ingredients. Our food is known for its homemade quality and beautiful presentation.

A special detail in our serving is the decorative vegetable carvings, which are made by hand and bring a unique and recognizable look to our buffet table.

Most of our dishes are prepared to be lactose-free and gluten-free. However, there are a few exceptions, and some products containing gluten are also prepared in our kitchen.

Accommodation near the venue

Accommodation is available for our guests nearby.

Majatalo Koivumäki, located about two kilometers from the venue, offers comfortable lodging for small and larger groups. The house includes several bedrooms, shared living areas, a kitchen and sauna facilities.

In addition, a small cottage for two guests will be available during the summer season, located close to the lakeside sauna. It offers a simple and peaceful stay surrounded by nature.

Breakfast can be arranged as an additional service.

Good to know

Saarisuon tila is best suited for group events, and occasions are typically organized for around 20 guests or more. The loft space is available only during warmer seasons.

Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks. We provide cold storage for drinks and take care of serving them.

As the venue is located in the countryside, there is no public transport connection, and arriving by car is recommended.
